Where available and if you’ve chosen to enjoy our representative visit, one of our team will visit once at the beginning of your stay and only visit again upon your request. In many resorts, our teams live locally and can offer invaluable insider knowledge on your destination and pass on great tips on places to see or visit during your holiday. If the option of a representative visit is not available in your destination or if you’ve chosen against utilising the service, your travel documents will have local contact numbers should you need assistance.
